ELZIERA: Panggilan Pulau

Pheww... it has been almost a year since I've posted something here. Sincerely, I really miss to blog, but yeah I've so little time to do so. Being a full time student, mommy to three little rascals has limit my 'me time'. Whatever it is, I am so happy to go through this enjoyable journey.

During last school holidays, I got stuck on lots of work to be done.. assignments, presentations, test, academic visit..etc..etc.. Oh my student life..! Pity my kids because they had spent their holidays just at home. Sorry kiddos!

So on last week, we planned to go for our short family vacation since I've a week off from my school thingy. Yeah, we off to Redang!!! It's beach time....

Redang Island, locally known as Pulau Redang is one of the largest islands off the east coast of Malaysia. It offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in this part of the world with its rich marine life, sandy beaches, and clear waters.

We took 3D/2N Snorkeling package at Redang Pelangi Resort.

The package includes:

return boat transfer ex Merang Jetty
accommodation in air-conditioned room with bathroom attached
buffet 'HALAL' meals : breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner
free flow of hot drinks : coffee and tea
3 snorkelling trips : 2 at open sea, 1 at Redang Marine Park
use of Resort facilities e.g. beach volleyball, dart, congkak, mahjong, board games etc.

However the package excludes:

insurance coverage
ferry transfer or other boat transfer outside of the resort schedule
rental of equipment :

RM10 / mask and snorkel
RM20 / mask with corrective lenses and snorkel
RM10 / life jacket

Redang Marine Park conservation fee : RM5 (adult) and RM2.50 (child)
rental of underwater camera : RM30 onwards per day (9 a.m - 5 p.m)

We spent most of our day here in the sea, swimming, snorkeling, feeding the fish under the hot sun till we got burned.. hahaha.. Sudah bertukar jadi badut hitam.. ;p
