Getting Rid of Eye Bag

Everyone loves looking at beautiful eyes. In fact, you too. But, you may not recognize that your eyes can be the most beautiful eyes which can mesmerize others. Naturally, an eye gets the first attention on the face. Eyes are considered to be an essential part of a person’s beauty.

Working full-time with three small active is tough, tiring and I rarely get a good night's sleep. And recently I'm back on spending most of my leisure time surfing, blogging, chatting, tweeting, Facebook-ing and etc.

The first thing when looking at the mirror is my eyes. I felt the dark circles under my eyes are getting worst and terrible day by day. I can't tell you how embarrassing I'm because of it.

There are some basic simple ways to treat it without having to spend a fortune that I had tried on it.

- Get a good night's sleep. Getting enough sleep is all important. At least 7-8 hours is recommended to remove the dark circles under eyes. Sleeping will helps in reducing the weariness of eyes and this reduces the puffiness.

- Drinking lotsa of water at least 8-10 glasses per day. This will help to keep yourself hydrated besides cleansing the body system and revitalizing the skin cells.

- Apply cold tea bags around the eyes about 10-15 minutes, to get rid of dark circles.

- Place sliced cucumber on eyelids while you are relaxing. Cucumber is known as soothing properties and will help relax eyes and reduce redness eyes of the eyes.

On the top of the simple ways to get rid of my eye bags, I just thinking to put on try this product, Garnier Light Eye Roll On.

Garnier says that the skins look more radiant, bags and dark circles will reduce in 28 days with regular usage. The Garnier Light Eye Roll On is enriched with caffeine, a natural stimulant that boosts micro-circulation, which helps to get rid of puffiness bags and dark circles effectively.

Have you ever tried this product ?

Crunchy Cornflakes Cookies

Raya is over and no more open house to attend. This year raya was so and so b'coz I was still on my confinement period for the first two weeks of raya. I did missed out a lot of delicious food especially cookies since almost all the cookies has eggs.

Lately, I was craving to eat kuih raya so I decided to make my own homemade cookies, Cornflakes Cookies. A great snack both adults and kids will enjoy. It is also suitable for babies above 9 months but be watchful for the large crumb to swallow.

I'm not a pro making kuih raya or biscuits but this one is very easy to do. And here's the recipes that I made yesterday.

Ingredients:

250gm butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cup of self-raising flour
1/2 box of cornflakes (lightly crushed)

It's very simple. First, mix butter with sugar until light and creamy.

Then, add flour and cornflakes and mix well.

Once it's all mixed, using two tablespoon, fetch dollops of dough onto baking tray.

Bake at 180'C for about 20 minutes or till golden brown.

Remove from the oven once the cookies are bakes and leave it on rack to cool.

**Remarks:

After the cookies have been completely cooled down, they can be stored in an air-tight container for up to three weeks.

Behind the scene there are two little girl, Auni and Alya, who are my big helper of the day.

Prolong Jaundice

Jaundice is very common and occurs 50% of babies in the first week of life. It will probably disappear naturally in a few days.

My baby is five weeks old and his sclerae (white of the eyes) still yellowish. He is very active and feeding so well. Between his siblings, he is the only one who still yellow for more than 14 days. FYI, my baby was admitted twice at NICU since he born for 'photo-therapy'.

Adel was naked under the bluish-colored light..

The day before we went back to kampung for raya, I did bringing my baby to Pediatric Clinic for check-up. The doctor said my baby was fine and I should not too worries about it. It is not a disease but rather a sign that can occur in many different diseases. Some breastfeeding baby just take longer time to recover. At this moment, I'm still not taking any herb or jamu yet.

At 5 weeks old..

Btw, they do take his urine and blood for the test. The next appointment would be on December. So let's wait for the results.

I wonder how prolong this jaundice will be.....??
